Mr. Quentin De La Garza, MSEM balanced school and work with determination, often relying on long commutes and modest means while pursuing his vision of becoming a leader in both engineering and legal writing. During college, he gained experience across diverse industries, working in quarry operations, managing production workflows, and contributing to hospitality and retail environments. These roles, from field engineering to customer-facing service, shaped him into a well-rounded professional who understands the challenges faced by everyday men and women.
His path through industrial engineering, legal studies, and entrepreneurship has given him a unique perspective: every project, client, or case is as distinct as the individual behind it. Quentin approaches each with careful consideration, blending technical precision, strategic communication, and empathy. This foundation allows him to serve not only as an engineer & entrepreneur but also as a legal writer who recognizes the human dimension in every endeavor.

Quentin De La Garza, MSEM offers legal writing and document preparation in matters involving Consumer Law (DTPA), Business Law including Business Formations, Property Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Civil Disputes, and engineering. His interdisciplinary background allows him to assist individuals and businesses with clear, organized, and effective written materials.
Mr. De La Garza attended law school in 2015 where he earned a Core Grammar for Lawyers Certificate, a Diploma in Legal Studies, and completed American Contract Law coursework. These studies reflect his commitment to precision, clarity, and strong communication in legal contexts. He has also represented himself pro se in the court system, gaining first hand experience with legal procedures and courtroom practice.
In addition to his legal studies, Mr. De La Garza holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, General Engineering Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Studies from the University of North Texas. He is also currently working toward a Bachelor of Public Administration with a focus in History and Philosophy. This combination of technical, managerial, legal, and public sector education provides him with a unique perspective that blends analytical thinking with strategic communication and practical problem solving.

For most cases, excluding Municipal Court tickets, a retainer fee may be required at an hourly rate. Initial consultations are always provided at no charge.
