Mr. Quentin De La Garza, MSEM balanced school and work with determination, often relying on long commutes and modest means while pursuing his vision of becoming a leader in both engineering and legal writing. During college, he gained experience across diverse industries, working in quarry operations, managing production workflows, and contributing to hospitality and retail environments. These roles, from field engineering to customer-facing service, shaped him into a well-rounded professional who understands the challenges faced by everyday men and women.

Quentin De La Garza, MSEM offers professional support in matters involving Consumer Law (DTPA), Business Law (including Business Formations), Property Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Civil Disputes, and Municipal Court issues such as tickets and warrants. His interdisciplinary background allows him to assist individuals and businesses in understanding their options and preparing for the challenges they face in legal contexts.

Mr. De La Garza, MSEM attended law school in 2015 where he earned a Core Grammar for Lawyers Certificate, Diploma in Legal Studies, & American Contract Law demonstrating his commitment to precision, clarity, and effective communication in legal contexts. He has also represented himself pro se in the court system, gaining first-hand experience with legal procedures and courtroom practice.

In addition to his legal studies, Mr. De La Garza, MSEM holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas. This combination of technical, managerial, and legal training equips him with a unique perspective, blending analytical rigor with strategic communication and practical problem-solving.

While Mr. De La Garza is NOT a licensed attorney; he is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with professionalism and care. For most cases, excluding Municipal Court tickets, a retainer fee may be required at an hourly rate. However, initial consultations are always provided at no charge. He takes the necessary time to discuss each situation thoroughly, ensuring that individuals can make informed decisions about whether his services will benefit them.
